Steps to Diagnose a Macbook Logic Board

I was wondering what is the step by step process to diagnosing a macbook logic board.

What main rails are required in which order.

First we need to know what is the problem, each case is different.......

This is a very general question and a book can be written on this subject. Best is to watch all Louis's videos as 90% is explained right there.
Short version is: PP3V42 -> green light -> PPVRTC -> 3V3_S5 -> 5V_S3 and all other S3 and S0 rails should follow. CPU Vcore will be the last one to come on before reset is released and CPU starts executing code.
