Universal USB EEPROM bin file for M4 A3401

How are you,

MacBook Pro 14’’ M4 A3401 have a short not powering on , issue was the charging ic SN25A23 was burnt. I didn’t have the donor board l replaced it with new one , do you have a USB C EEPROM bin file that l can reprogram the EEPROM to per with the SN25A23. How to fix this issue please help.

It’s stuck on 5V 0.0020A

Also do you have boardview & schematic for MacBook Pro 14inch M4 A3401.

You can't use new chip.
Must get it from donor, together with its ROM.

Only boardview available for this model.

Is there any option to remove the one of the dead usb-c chip so that it will work with other usb-c ports Macbook Pro 14" M4 board number 082-3400 , that challenge l have , l don’t have a donor board to take some parts of the chip SN25A23P,, please help its now 2 months with this repair . if you have donor please tell me, may be we can arrange so thing.
or if there is an solution to retrieve the data on to the machine.

I did with the MacBook Pro 14inch M3 changed all chips together with the EEPROM it refused to turn on , then l decided to replace one which was broken for on a MacBook Air M3 x1 SN chip it turns on but no charge.

So on the MacBook Air M3 it’s have x3 SN chips
vs the MacBook Pro M4 it’s have x4 chips.

my question is if l take ic chip for Macbook Air M4 donor will it work SN chip will it work.
