unknown component 00426

Hey yall, having a little trouble due to no schematic for the 820-00426 and no donor board... Does anyone know where I can find which component this is? A long shot, but figured I would try.

Not easy to see in the pic.
Black is resistor and brown should be capacitor.
You need to find a connection to a chip and check datasheet then, if possible.
