Иногда я проделывал трюк с портом, на котором отсутствовало напряжение, и это работало;

For testing purpose, you can make a bypass over Q3100, or Q3200; depends which channel doesn't work properly.
However, you MUST use a diode (connected correctly), if you want to use it in this way.
If you leave it with direct bypass, will fry an external device connected on that port, when the charger is connected to the other port.
