A1707 EMC 3072, I didn't get it yet
but the client said, no image on the screen but kb backlight turn on, and some random colors and pixels on the touch bar.

maybe I will buy it, but I am afraid it will be a CPU/GPU issue and no fix

any ideas about this issue?

You should make more tests.
Need to check for USB activity and external video.
MLB should also be inspected, for possibly liquid damge.

If the backlight turns on the board is at least POSTing. By the symptoms you described I would suspect liquid damage. Most likely the LCD is bad and the touchbar has also had liquid ingress.
No idea what you are going to pay for this, but just expect a bad LCD, touchbar and probably keyboard. Then there is the gamble of any other issues with the board. I would not think this machine is worth more than $200.

I got the machine,
it boots, no image on the screen, but there is a backlight.
but I can see the mouse pointer in the top horizontal line, but the rest a black screen.
if the screen goes bad for any reason why the touchbar also had this pixel image?
the MacBook work on a second screen

So you get image on internal LCD, but missing backlight?
Did you test with known good LCD assembly?

Post 820-xxxx code of the MLB.

If you get mouse cursor on the upper left corner, then you have image (also backlight).
However, machine is stuck there, if you cannot move the cursor.

Try USB OSX pendrive.
