I have tried with another machine, its not the cable or camera problem, i have read there is a way, is to force update the firmware? But my machine already detect mojave and catalina ( no apfs problem), if i just reinstall macos, will the firmware be re updated again?

What was the reason of "bios replacement"?
No way to fix the problem cleaning ME region from original BIOS?

board was missing bios chip.. can i have facetime function without original bios ?

Post your serial number, so we can try to build a new BIOS, according with year of your machine.
