820-02098 (A2442) Power Rebooting

Hello, this is the 820-02098 (A2442).
There was no water damage.
20V boots normally, but it keeps turning off and on.

There seems to be no short value when testing diode mode.
- PPBUS_AON 11.98V (when turned off) 12.27V (when turned off)
- PPVIN_P3V8AON 11.98V
- PP0V9_ATCRTMR2_SVR 0V
- PP5V_S2SW_USBC23 0V

Where should I test it? I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

By turning on do you mean image appears and restarts?

Check if is possible to put in DFU.

It boots normally, but after about 30 seconds, it turns off and reboots repeatedly.

I tried revive, restore with IPSW but it does not work.

"AMRestoreErrorDomain Failed to receive message from device, might be connection problem with USB host. (Communication error, possibly USB disconnection)) [AMRestoreErrorDomain – 0x9 (9)"

It's reboot during installation after 10~15minutes. that's why fail.
When connected without a battery, dfu mode doesn't work and turns off. 5v -> 0v -> 17-19v -> 0V
