It suffered a lot of oxidation, there was a short on the PP3v3_s0 line, it was removed, but it still didn't turn on, I heated the PHC and SMC decided, it worked, I released it to the client, but the machine came back, with the defect of turning the cooler and stopping, the tensions are missing PP3v3_s0, PP3v3_s3 and PP3v3_s3; PPbus_g3h 12.60v PP3v42_g3h 3.49v SMC_PM_G2_EN: 3.45V
SMC_ADAPTER_EN: 3.29V; SMC_BATLOW_L: 3.32V; PM_RSMRST_L: 3.27V

Mmmmh, if worked after reflowed the SMC, you should reball it now.
This is always recommended for liquid affected boards; especially when the spill was close to SMC.

I heated the PHC and the SMC with the intention of removing the garbage from under the pads, I heated it to 200 degrees . Mas o SMC afeta a linha PP3v3_s0, s3 e s5?

Eu tive que fazer dois jumpers na linha ISNS_HS_OTHER_N e ISNS_HS_OTHER_P, porque o short fez um buraco quebrando as duas faixas

Corrosion can damage solders underneath SMC; not sufficient to reflow it.

Do you mean R5410 was corroded and you've bypassed it?
Noy a good idea, SMC will cannot correctly monitor CPU current consumption.

Please use english for main forum...

Sorry for the language change, I replaced the r5410 and pulled the tracks back to the u5410 pads.

After the reballing, it seems that the voltages have normalized, it's taking 5v and 3v, but spin doesn't spin, you know how to be a friend?

voltage; PPbus_g3h 12.60V; PP5v_s0 5.10V; PP3v_s0 3.32v; PP3V3_S5 3.31V; PPVCORE_S0_CPU 0V;

Board cannot work if no CPU VCORE present.
If you get voltage on other coils (RAM, PCH), then check R7402/03 for corrosion.

as tensões nos resistores r7402 e r7403 estão corretas. Agora as tensões PP5v_s0 e PP3v3_s0 estão ausentes novamente. Você teria outra região que possa medir para identificar qual componente está causando esse defeito?
