Looks a bit low for me; compare with good board.
I expect 0.300-400 reading.
I had one A2681 which started working randomly.
It had 0.110-145 diode mode reading.
Injecting 4-4.2V for some minutes made it starts; only U8100 showed a bit of heat signature.
After some time didn't start again...
Sometime S-UEM2 tester doesn't make good contacts; possibly flex issue.

Keep in mind, I can't assure is good!
4.2V shouldn't be a problem.
Anyway start with just 1V and slowly increase it.
A good thermal camera should detect the culprit before 3V.
BTW, set amp limit to max on PSU first.
Nobody reported such issue similar with old models, for these machines.
Also new CPU/GPU power supply chips (SiC/FDMF) are not recognized failing like old FDMF6808.
You should really have a bad GPU in this case...
