Those R7110 readings was voltages not ohm. C7111 was bad! replaced that still had the same problem, Replaced U7100 and ping, I get green orange light on charger and now getting 3.848v on pin 2 of R7110 But still no fan spin and wont start in SMC_Bypass where to go now?

R7110 was giving me 16.95v on pin 1 and 0.047 on pin 2, I can see that pin 2 should be 4.3v so I replaced R7110 from a donor board same result, 16.95 on pin 1 and 0.047 on pin 2 so presume something else is causing this? U7090 readings 1) 1.267 2) 3.422 3) 7.250 4) 3.425 6) 16.73 8) 16.74

ASD test same result. SMC_DCIN/PBUS_VSENSE reads = 0 SMC_DCIN/BMON_ISENSE reads 2.73 with just charger connected but when I connect the battery it drops to 0.042

Its not recognized trying DFU , I do not seem to get any kind of power on state, no fan spin no trackpad. I dont have another same board to comapre sadly

Found that cr637 was bad, removed it and now pulling 20v and charging the battery. Still dosent turn on. Going over power rails I'm finding pp1v8_ is all short to ground. Not site where to go form here? Also can't find any power on pads for this do these macs have them?
