history, = In for no power, a couple of small areas of dirt on board but nothing notable,

Nothing happens in case other than green then solid orange light,

On bench same deal ,

Will get high fan spin in SMC bypass mode but no boot or display,
Using original 60W magsafe

PPBUS_G3H = 8.590
PPBUS_S5_HS_Computing_INS = 8.590

PPDCIN -G3H =3.421
PP5V_S5 = 5.018
PP5V_So =5.133
PP5v_s4Rs3= 5.134
PP5v_So = 5.133
pp3V3_s5 =3.323
pp3V3_S4 = 3,323
pp3V3 _SUS = 3.332
PP3v3_S3 = 3,323
PP3v3_So =3.318
PP3v3_S4SW_SNS = 0.454
PP1v8_S3 = 1.807
PP1v2_S3= 1.202
PP1v05_SUS =1.060
PP1V5_SO = 1.508

PP0V6_SO_DDRVTT = 0V

PP1V05_SSO=1.053
PP1V055_SOSW_PCH_HSIO =1.053

S5_PWRGD = 2.522
PM_DSW_PWRGD =3.418
PM_BATLOW_L = 3.190
SMC_ADAPTOR_EN =3.389

As PPBUS_G3H = 8.590v and hasnt dropped top 8.23 or 8.16 am I correct in thinking SMC is fine and communicating?

All voltages look good and SMC seems good? any ideas im stuck.

(( PP0V6_SO_DDRVTT = 0V ---- Is it this? a problem with U7400 ??

CPU core voltage = 0.048
U1950
5 = 0
6 = 0
3 = 0
I forgot to mention., On a couple of occasions while testing on the bench when I have connected the magsafe I have got fan spin,. just completely random out of the blue, but then gone again after removing and reconnecting magsafe, This has happened 3 times while trsting the board,.

This is weird,

Just plugged it back in to take those measurements and I get,

NO fan spin and a green then orange light on the charger! WTF

All pads on Q8150 read 0v except for 6 that reads 3.00v and it's voltage slowly drops.

Strange that first test after removing Q8150 gave no magsafe light but booting fan spins, now 20 mins later I get lights on magsafe no fan spin,

Do you get 3V3_SUS now?
Check PM_BATLOW_L, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PCH_DSWVRMEN, SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PM_RSMRST_L and the 4 PCH's RTC signals.

"PCH_DSWVRMEN = 1.437"
Not good value here.

"PCH_INTRUDER_L = 0.544
PCH_INTURMEN = 1.233"
Also bad values.

Inspect the resistors related with these signals.
Possibly accumulated crap under PCH.
You can try to heat with quality flux.
