Good Saturday everyone, I have exact same board with seemingly same issue. No internal video nor backlight, boots, chimes, loads into OSX.
External video works fine.
Tried different LCD cables and different LCDs.
LCD_PWR_EN = 0.0V
Did anyone figure this one out yet?
Greetings, I have this board that has no output from the speakers, however it detects the output device, as well as plays from headphone jack, and recognizes mic input.
It is switching back and forth without issues to speakers/headphones when unplugging the jack.
Tried replacement speakers - no...
You're right, I borrowed the 96W just today, and it turned on. However battery stays at 1% and is not charging. Never seen this on any other semi-new MacBook
So there seems to be a common issue with brand new A2141 16" MacBooks that were opened only once and then placed into storage for 4-6 months, only to find out later that the battery is completely dead and the only fix is to RMA or replace the battery. Some people claim to have received their...

I'm getting the same issue of non-responsive keyboard as mccafe had.
Cannot perform resets nor hold Alt for boot selection.
USB key doesn't flash not even once during boot, nor when...
That's great!.
With the cap on, all these voltages are on point for the first 2 minutes before the screen boots up:
PP1V8_SSD_COLD
PP0V9_SSD_FIXED
PP1V2_SSD_HOT
PP1V8_SSD_HOT
PP1V2_SSD_COLD
PP0V9_SSD_REG
However once the folder icon appears, they all drop to 0v.
What could that indicate?
Does the cap need to be present for it to function/enable power to the SSD? I believe someone before me has removed it. The connector itself looks intact
Hi, I got a nearly identical issue, question mark folder, keyboard not responding neither for boot selector nor PRAM, same motherboard, same missing voltages.
Did you resolve it with U9300 replacement?
