Hello,

I have a MacBook that is stuck on the question mark folder.

With the motherboard fully out and charger plugged in:

20 volts on charger, 0.43 amps
PPBUS_G3H = 13.10 volts

PP3V3_S5_SSD = 3.3 volts
PP0V9_SSD = 0 volts
PPVIN_2V7_NAND = 13.10 volts
PP1V2_SSD_HOT = 0 volts
PP1V8_SSD_HOT = 0 volts
PP1V2_SSD_COLD = 0 volts
PP1V8_SSD_COLD = 0 volts
PP3V3_2V7_NAND_VCC = 0 volts

U9400:
pin 19 - PP2V7_NAND_VCC = 5 volts
pin 20 - PP2V7_NAND_PVCC = 5 volts
pin 15 - P2V7NAND_EN = 0 volts

SSD_RESET_L = 3 volts

R9420 pin 2 PICCOLO_VEN1 = 0 volts

PPVCC_CPU_PH1 = 0.5 volts
PPVCC_CPU_PH2 = 0.8 volts

I tried holding option key to see if I can see internal storage, but keyboard doesn't respond. Not too sure why. Tried PRAM reset, doesn't respond either. Any advice?

Hi, I got a nearly identical issue, question mark folder, keyboard not responding neither for boot selector nor PRAM, same motherboard, same missing voltages.
Did you resolve it with U9300 replacement?

Please, open new thread with your problem.
Same symptom doesn't imply the same fault component.
