So I tried with opening the back panel and a fan fully blown to keep it cool. the device didn't heat up but still shut down.

Device came in with Question mark . It goes into internet recovery and I am able to format and go for re installing the MacOS. but the device heats up and shuts down. No dirt or corrosion on the board. Please help. Tried DFU Restore/Revive

The issue the machine is sometime booting up to password screen. Sometimes stuck after only chime. Sometimes stuck at apple logo with loading bard half full / 75% full or 100% full. Once I got a black screen error message "Device restarted because of an issue"

I replaced R3740 . Looked broken to me. After replacement I switched on the just the board and display connected. I reached the login screen. Now after installing everything . I hear the chime and then nothing. Not even the apple logo. I tested again with just screen. Same - only chime and nothing.

I didn't go into disk utility.In this one sometimes I get the question mark sign and sometimes it gets stuck at the apple logo with the loading bar full. On another board it boots up into the password screen

But SSD isn't recognized . SSD is fine - working on another board U3740 Voltages. Pin 1 is 3.4V Pin 2 is 0.9V Pin 3 is 3.4V Pin 4 is 3.4V Pin 5 is GND Pin 6 is 3.2V Pin 7 is 0V Pin 8 is 0V 3V3_S0SW_SSD is 3.3V

Issue Resolved.

1 - 3.4V 2 - GND 3 - 3.4V 4 - 2.1 - 2.8V Pulsing 5 - 2.1 - 3V Pulsing 6 - 3.2v Pulsing 7 - 3.1v Pulsing 8 - 1.7 - 2.6v Pulsing

3v3_s5 comstantly pulsing between 0 to 3.3V every second. 3v3_sus between )v and 1.8V every second.

REPLACED U1950. STILL SAME

MagSafe Stuck at Green Light. PPBUS was at 8.19V Reballed the SMC. PPBUS now at 8.6V but still stuck at green light. Reballed U1950 as all pins were pulsing. But still the same. Should I change U1950?

Replaced D7010 and Q7010. Now working properly.

Tried a different DCIN Board and also replaced Q7180. Still the same. Works perfectly on PSU
