Device Stuck. at 5V.
No shorts . Nothing on the thermal camera.

PPBUSis 0.5V.
Removed the Fuse. Still 0.5V at C5250
PPDCIN is in sync with the AMP Meter.
Resistors around U5200 are okay.
Replaced U5200. Now PPVBAT_AON_CHGR_REG pulses between 1.2V to 4V

I put back the old U5200.Its back to 0.5V

U5200 must generate 12.3V at C5250, with F5200 removed.
Post its basic voltages.

PPCHGR_VDDA was shorted. Injected Voltage and the old U5200 flashed on the thermal camera and short was gone.
Now replaced with a new U5200.
Device turns on now.
