went down to only 63% overnight, just wanted to update that so I am pretty confident at this point-Cheers

so after one more batter charge it went up only to 99% and now went down to 90% after leaving screen on for a few minutes went to 89%, did a hard reset of the device and it came back up reading 89%. So, I am gonna send it back with the customer and assume tristar did solve this one. thanks Duke...
