Would you recommend using the CMI Zapper "Clean ME region" function in this case?
I have backed up the MAC ROM to the CMI Zapper and to a PC (.BIN file).

Machine was booting to the desktop originally, login in fine BUT would not charge battery AND WOULD not run on battery
alone.
Keyboard and trackpad working fine.
I decided to change the ISL625 chip.
Good news: the battery now appears to charge and machine continues to boot to the desktop...

Took out F7140
8.6 V on pin 1 when F7140 out
put it back, 0 volts and short to ground on both 1&2 of 7140
7140 has continuity
PPBUS_G3H is short to ground after the fuse
R5440 or U5450 pulling the G3H rail to ground...
