I notice now, that besides the magsafe 3 not working, all USBC ports don't read pens also.
Do you think I might have bought a bad CD3217? If so, can you point a reliable supplier?

Hi.
Iv'e replaced all 4 CD3217 bought from Sofix, but still have the same behavier.
However, now I have 20V on the left ports, and 5V on the right one (UG400 side). but only with the battery connected.
Now, it recognizes pens on the 2 left ports.
With the battery disconected, it don't power on with charger alone.
Any ideas?

Try reflashing TBT ROMs; at least right side.
Check CHGR_RST_IN and UPC_PMU_RESET_1V2/3V3; with charger alone.
Also check UPC_I2C_INT_L y UPC_SMC_I2C_INT_L.

I belive the TBT ROM on the right side is the U2020.
However, I can't find it using my boardview (it isn't where it should be). Do you have a schematic that you can share?
CHGR_RST_IN = 0.110V
UPC_PMU_RESET_1V2 = 0.080V
UPC_PMU_RESET_3V3 = 0V
UPC_I2C_INT_L = 0.790V
UPC_SMC_I2C_INT_L = 0V

You should compare INT_L lines with good board.
UG260 is the ROM from right side...

D5403 is just a protection for CC1 line.
Remove it completely, to avoid any leakage.

I got the file, but when I'm reprograming I get this error, and don't know how to go ahead:
"Possible protection is enabled. Press "Unprotect" and check datasheet."
When I press the "unprotect" buttun, the ASprogramer gets stuck.
Can you help?
