Hi.

I have an A2338 820-02020 without sound on the loudspeakers.

There is no sound from the internal speakers. However, there is sound when connected to headphones.

The customer indicates that he have already took the equipment to another repair company, but they were unable to understand the origin of the problem.

JR800/50 have all diode readings OK

JR900 disconected but same result.

Can you help?

Hi,

The customer said the speakers stopped working overnight.

This model dosen't have an audio board I think. By audio board, do you mean the Audio Jack Flex Cable? If so, I haven't replaced it, because even with the cable disconnected, there's still no sound, and with the cable connected I get sound if I use headphones (but not through the speakers).

Shall I replace it?

The audio jack has some contacts which decide to switch between speakers and headphones.
Your problem may be there.

Hi.

AUDIO_JACK_TIP = 3.4V and drops to 0V when audio jack is pluged in
AUDIO_JACK_RING_SNS = 3V and drops to 0V when audio jack is pluged in

Hi.

In my schematic says they should have 470 ohm, however, I only have 10 ohm on both, and comparing with another scrap board, the values are preaty the same (10 ohm).

The traces seams to be OK.

Shall I replace both for 470 ohm new ones?

Don't get confused; these are coils, not resistors.
Mentioned ohm value is valid for AC coupling.
Don't touch them, if are not broken.

Internal speakers are not recognized at all?
Check in system settings...

Hi. Tks for the clarification.

Internal speakers are recognized in system settings, and I can increase and decrease the volume in the volume bar, however no sound comes out of the any of the speakers

With the board alone on the bench (w/o speakers connected):

SPKRAMP_1V8_RESET_L = 0.051V

0.459 on diode reading
