Do you get correct 3V3_G3H_RTC voltage?
Disconnect power (including battery) and check in diode mode.
Allow 15s second before checking.

Check R6970/1/2/6 resistors and their traces.
If all good, remove R6934/5 and check L6960 voltage.

If all good, replace U6960.

You can measure R6970/6 onboard.
R6971/2 can be properly checked only disconnected from the circuit.
You should solder one pin on some pad on the board, leaving the other pin "on air".
Is the safest way to check them in ohm scale; completely removed from the board, you can easy loss them.
Also check their traces.
Just in case, replace C6998.
