    820-00281 no 20V

If you really can't find the correct firmware, you can try the 820-00928. I believe there are some small differences with the CD3215 circuit layout but it may not be a problem. I posted dumps here too...

    Macbook Pro A1706---820-00239

INTRUDER# has a very weak pull-up (1M), if you touch the probes skin resistance is enough to pull down the voltage a lot (like less than 1.5V). Even without touching the probes the internal impedance of the DMM (typically around 10M) will cause it to drop to around 3.0V.

You should check at least PPVTT_S0_DDR and MEM_RESET_L, but it's probably an issue related to the RAM chip themselves. On 820-3332 it can be caused by physical stress pretty much like U8900 and a reflow may fix it for long enough, but on newer A1398 the issue has been mitigated with better...

    820-3115 PPBUS_G3H 12.3V

What's the problem and the symptoms? If S5 rails are present the SMC is at least partially working, so PPBUS_G3H at 12.3V without battery would rather be an issue on the charging circuit SMBUS or the charger IC itself.

    820-00281 no 20V

It's a regular 25-series SPI ROM so it can be flashed like any other. It can be swapped from same model donor board and same side. It's been observed on a 820-00928 that the dumps were different between each side. I don't know if copying one side to the other would work as intended.

Dim screen only after login after replacing with new display assembly 2019 Macbook 820-01598-A

Assuming correct model was used, most likely just a low quality LCD assembly, very common on T2 machines. Your best bet is to have it replaced by Apple…

820-00138: Battery drain when in sleep

There are no new FDMF6808N, and taking them from donor boards isn't a good idea since they can develop the same problem. You can backorder FDMF6708N from Mouser. They're EOL though, not sure what will happen after the next shipment. FDMF3030 could be a suitable replacement but I don't think...

Anybody tried combing through BIOS dump to see if TouchID (2016/2017) can be re-programmed?

Touch ID is managed by T1 (U3900), it has two ROMs U3901 and U3906, but most likely they are paired to T1 itself and authenticated by Secure Enclave and therefore cannot be swapped or tampered with. It probably works similarly to iPhone and I think there's still no way to pair Touch ID without...

https://support.apple.com/13-inch-macbook-pro-display-backlight-service Being a 2017 machine it's gotta be harder to get it serviced but worth trying.

Ivy Bridge always measure very low resistance to ground, iGPU power rail often between 1 and 2 ohms. If CPU is warm it can measure lower than 1 ohm.

Macbook Air A1466 2015 no chime, no image (PP0V6_S0_DDRVTT)

When you say "USB lights up!" you mean activity LED of USB drive blinks? PPVTT_S3_DDR_BUF should be 0.6V, without it PP0V6_S0_DDRVTT will stay at 0V instead of 0.6V. Measure exact resistance to ground on both lines and make sure C7450 and C7462 look good.

    820-00840 Anormal Q3100

1.1V LDO BMC is at least a problem. If it's not present the circuit for USB-PD negotiation in the CD3215 won't work. On A1708, U3200 is the master and U3100 is the slave. There is a chance the issue is with U3200, or there is a communication issue between U3200 and U2890. More info here...
