u8000 was the bad one, replaced it and now trackpad an keyboard works. it got 3.3v in but out was 2.3v mark as solved please and thank you

Hi. got in after pre repair atemped water damage. cleaned and no real signs i get 2,426 volt on PP3V3_S4 instead of 3.330 volt is this a cause of a not working keyboard trackpad? tested with known good parts.
