In SMC bypass mode it will do 2 very short fan spins and nothing else. In normal mode it will do 2 short pulses as well.

Both USB ports have the same pulsing behavior on the amps usage. I couldn't find short on any big caps or coils. Is there an SMC on this one? It's a T2 model. If the battery and the charger are both connected one port goes to 0.09A the other to 0.07A and they do not cycle.
