820-00875 Liquid damage missing pp5v_s5

As always lets start with a bit history. It might be helpful.

Originally it had damaged usb port due to liquid (replaced the ports), and damaged U7650 (might have been good but since there was some corrosion on pin 23 i replaced it)

Currently i get 19.4V 0.02A on both ports

PP5V_S5 - 0V
PPBUS_G3H - 13.07V

P5P3V3_VREG3 - 3.3V
P3V3S5_DRVH_R - 0V
P3V3S5_RF - 0V
P3V3_S5_EN - 0V

PP5V_LDO5V - 5.05V
PP3V3_LDO3V - 3.3V
PP1V25_VREF - 1.249V
PPBUS_PMIC - 13.07V
PMIC_EN3V3SW - 0.05V
PM_PGOOD_P5VS4 - 0.05V

Check diode mode to ground on all coils; compare with good board.
Pay atention to L7670/90.
Post U7890 voltages.

The first coil i measured happened to be on PP3V3_S5 and it's shorted to ground.
Injecting 3 volts the small DIE on the CPU gets hot immediately.
I guess i am just unlucky with these..
