    820-02100 no backlight

Be sure all resistors from backlight circuit are good. Check their traces and solders too. Testing with known good screen is still the best option. JP600 gets 1V8_S2?

    Diagnosing 2012 13' Unibody Pro

Once power is removed, always allow 10-15s before measuring in ohm scale, or diode mode. This gives time the capacitors to discharge remanent voltages. What is exact PPBUS_G3H voltage with charger alone (no battery)? Did you try to start in SMC bypass mode?

    A2338 Stuck at 5V (820-02020)

Strange to get 1V8_AON_MPMU, but no other MPMU's LDO present. If diode mode readings on these LDOs are good, you should change U8100.

    A2338 Stuck at 5V (820-02020)

Check diode mode to ground on missing voltage rails. Compare readings with good board.

    820-02100 no backlight

12V on backlight output may be caused by bad UP800. But other adjacent components may impede it, or QP800-3 to boost up the voltage.

    820-02098-A Battery doesn't charge

R6040 is 0 ohm resistor; it MUST have 3.8V on both pins. It is burnt; if no short to ground on pin 2, replace it and test. R6043 is 2 Mohm resistor; can't be properly checked onboard. Your problem may be C/U6040; which can damage R6040.
