Hi got this board without any signs of liquid damage, looks nice.
one port working 5V, 0,358A stable (U3200)
other port 5V 0,535A about 30seconds and restarts looping (U3100)

I have power in port (U3200)
PP3V3_G3H_RTC 3.3V
PP3V3_UPC_XB_LDO 3.3V
PP1V1_UPC_XB_LDO_BMC 0V

R3450 1.68V both sides
R3460 0V
connector upside down
R3450 0 V
R3460 1.68V both sides

I have power in port (U3100)
PP3V3_G3H_RTC 3.3V
PP3V3_UPC_XA_LDO 3.3V
PP1V1_UPC_XA_LDO_BMC 0V

R3430 1.68V both sides
R3440 0V
connector upside down
R3430 0 V
R3440 1.68V both sides

need some help please

You didn't say anything about 1V8 XA/B LDOs.
What about PPBUS_G3H voltage and diode mode?

Compare diode mode readings, between U3100/200, on all (4) LDO lines.

PP1V8_UPC_XA_LDOA is 1.8V
PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOA is 1.8V
PPBUS_G3H is 12.26V Diode mode .431

diode mode:
PP1V8_UPC_XA_LDOA .505
PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOA .507

PP3V3_UPC_XA_LDO .485 3.25V
PP3V3_UPC_XB_LDO .407 3.31 V (compared with a good boar have A and B almost the same value in diode mode)

PP1V1_UPC_XA_LDO_BMC .491
PP1V1_UPC_XB_LDO_BMC .495

PP1V8_UPC_XA_LDOD 1.8V .353
PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOD ->? 2.67V .409 (compared with a good boar have A and B almost the same value in diode mode and same Power 1.8V)

so seems the U3200 has to be replaced.

is it possible to take one of a donor board or it has to be the same board and the same position?

So, I replaced U3200, toke from a A1708, everything fine now. Device is working again.

Thanks for your help, this case is finished
