    So you get target machine stuck in progress bar. Host machine completes DFU process? If not, gives you some error core? Corrosion near SSD0 area could cause damage to NANDs also; even no short present.

    Check voltage for SMC_BC_ACOK and SYS_ONEWIRE. Also inspect J9500 pins and traces. If R7100 is good, replace U7100.
