Macbook A1989 Chime Sound Loop

I get the chime and then loops and chimes again.
Amp Meter is constant at 20V. Only the amps drop and rise accordingly.

Tried DFU Revive. No Solution

Couldn't complete DFU revive?
Tried with charged battery and good trackpad connected?

DFU Revive was successful but device didn't turn on. I tried turning on with just board charger and display . Still no success

61/87W charger for sure?

Compare diode mode readings on big coils with good board.
Consider DFU restore, if no important data to save.

Yes 96W Charger.
tried DFU restore. no error message but machine still won't turn on.

Machine turns on now. I get the chime and steady amp draw. even see the apple logo - but no backlight. disconnected the internal lcd a tested on external video. able to boot into Recovery OS .
Flexgate is ruled out.

Found the Culprit.
PPVOUT_S0_LCDBKLT shorted.
