820-00165 - does not turn on with battery connected

arrived not working. It has no oxidation, it just had a short on C7434. I replaced it and the board turned back on. 820-01521 - stuck at 5v after the short

While checking the voltages on the U7000 I found that the short has returned. I removed the C7685 again and found that the problem was the hole it made in the board. I isolated and soldered otherwise, now the board turned on again. Thanks a lot for your attention and help!

820-01521 - stuck at 5v after the short

The board had oxidation and an ugly short on the C7685, it even made a hole in the board. I removed the component and the short is gone. In diode mode, the line is 0.200 and PPBus 1v. C3215 LDO lines are normal, 0.500. But I don't have 1v on the ports. Any tips?
