I don't have a history of the board, it doesn't have oxidation.

PP1v35_s3_mem = 1.35v

I never got a case of A1398 with beep in memories. Some help?

Check VTTDDR_S3 and VTT_S0_DDR.

Then you have bad RAM chip (at least one), or CPU issue...
