The board had oxidation and an ugly short on the C7685, it even made a hole in the board. I removed the component and the short is gone. In diode mode, the line is 0.200 and PPBus 1v.
C3215 LDO lines are normal, 0.500. But I don't have 1v on the ports.

Check the reverse reading (black on ground).
Post U7000 basic voltages; P_IN, AUX_DET, VDDA/P, SMC_RST_IN, EN_MVR, CBC_ON, A/BMON.
While checking the voltages on the U7000 I found that the short has returned. I removed the C7685 again and found that the problem was the hole it made in the board. I isolated and soldered otherwise, now the board turned on again.
