    820-00165 PP1V05_S0 low

Hi there, I got a 820-00165 with a liquid damage around U7600. I'm in S0 State but ALL_SYS_PWGD is missing because of low PP1V05_S0. Already replaced U7600 and C/R/Q7630. Resistance to ground on PP1V05_S0 seems good (320 Omh). Here are the voltages of U7600: Pin 06 :1.8V Pin 12: 5.1V Pin 16...

820-00138 no display (LCD not detected)

I will replace and check J8300 again. The screen should be fine - it's the original one since I'm pretty sure the MBP was never opened before

820-00138 no display (LCD not detected)

R8300 is good, checked the traces - they seem to be fine too. Just tied a Screen for a late 2013 MBP - I know that it is not compatible but here I get an Image (without backlight) and stable 2.8V on LCD_HPD. Tried another Known working screen for 2015 MBP but same issue here with missing LCD_HPD.

    820-00850 - CPUGT_PWM1

Just received the UV Cure paint today. Isolated the short to ground but still got problems with the U7100 I think. I don't exactly know where to Start to Look for the issue. Would aperciate some help what voltages should be present here. I'm in S0 state but no usb activity or display.

A1989 820-00850 - slow and full fan speed

I think it might be the battery flex connector on the Logicboard... I did some continuity measurements and recognised most of the pads arent connected to the battery board. I will try to replace the connector tomorrow... This will be fun :-D I hate soldering those connectors...

A1989 820-00850 - slow and full fan speed

I just sah that i was not the first one working on this Board. Looks like a water damage on the lvds connector. There is a coil missing (L8504) für PP5V_G3S_ALSCAM. Could this be the reason? Missing connection to the cam sensor?

    820-00850 - CPUGT_PWM1

Hello, currently I'm working on a water damaged 820-00850. There was corrosion on and around U7100 with a broken pad No 25. After trying to restore the pad i scratched too much and opened the underlying layer (GND). PP7103 is not shorted to ground but pin 25 of U7100 is now... Any ideas how the...

    820-00426 sensor issue?

I think it's the trackpad flex... i can reproduce the wrong temparature sensor value by pressing on the flex at the side of the trackpad (with the old and a known good one). So I will wait for the new flex cable and report her if this solved the problem :-) Thank you!
