I could resell it on eBay with the same ethics as the original seller. These boards come with either nothing wrong at all or as garbage failed attempted repair.

I forgot that I borrowed R7012 and R7021 from U7400 CPUIMVP_FB and CPUIMVP_FBA. Plugged in and got full fan spin (huh?) without them but cpu vcore was gone. by the time i realized my mistake an put them back, quarter turn returned and now missing cpu...
I was thinking maybe spi so temp swapped one in, was able to reset pram and smc. Couple more power cycles and it returned. Any thoughts on what that could be? Will post more details shortly

Reaches S0, chimes, screen light turns on then right at the end of the initial chime it immediately restarts and gives about 3/4 length incomplete chime, restarts, gives a half chime and repeats each time less and less chime audible.

V to ground on both lines are good. Anything else to check before the bullet bite? And... What are the odds that a reflow will bless this thing? There are a few red TP's around the SMC, I suppose it's worth trying. You may be selling an smc stencil soon.
