    LCD_PWR_EN present? Probably not because the GPU will probably be dead. Pin 246 of the GPU sends out the signal responsible to enable the lcd.

    Agreed. Even with a dead CPU PPBUS should be 12.56 unless its shorted and holding it down

    Yeah like duke said if nothing is getting hot it is internal to the pcb.

    Inject voltage on pin 2. Feel around. Raise amps. Also, What's the history on this? Liquid?

    Try 165 C for 2 min 30 sec FOR A DIAG METHOD ONLY!!! This is not a solution. 165 is cool enough that it will not harm the chip if in fact the issue is something else but I will bet money it's the gpu
