The T2 could keep the machine stuck at 5v? Wouldn't it have to be at 20V before I could do anything such as T2 recovery should there be activity on the IC2 data lines?

CPU (VCORE) is not present and there is no modulation signal at CPUVCORE_FCM from U7100. All of them are down but CPU VCCSA. As I mentioned above the only CPU rail that is active is CPU VCCSA. Now I know CPUGT is for the GPU. :)
