    Possibly NANDs, or T2 problems. Compare diode mode readings on all coils with good board. Just in case, short 3V3_S5 to ground and try again DFU. This way power on sequence is broken and Intel side is left apart.

    That is a filter capacitor. If is shorted, remove it. Board should start without it. But is recommendable to replace it.

    Force the machine off pressing power button 5s first. Then put in DFU using external switch method.

    That looks good. Just in case, check at C7023 too. Be sure Q7065 isn't shorted D-S. Check continuity for all traces in the area; solders also. Also check diode mode to ground at SCL/SDA lines of battery bus; before and after Q6950.
