    First of all, welcome to the forum! Any fault history available? Check all LDOs for MPMU & SPMU; pages 43 & 39. Don't waste time with the ones marked "NC". If any missing, check in diode mode also. Compare readings with good board.

    Maybe not enough to heat anything. But good IR camera should detect something. Remove any heatsink over components connected on that power rail.
