Mac A1419 Not turning on. No LED Blinking.

Using 820-00134 schematics.

I saw L1501 burnt. Removed.
PP1V0_S5 is shorted.

Should we inject voltage.?

What is exact resistance to ground?

IT is .003 diode to ground.

With 1V (no more than 1.2V) a good IR camera may help you.

Injected 1V. Drawling amps but nothing heats up.

Maybe not enough to heat anything.
But good IR camera should detect something.
Remove any heatsink over components connected on that power rail.

Done all that. Drawing almost 2 Amps. but still no spike on the IR camera.
