Louis, you are a genius! There was a little bit of corrosion that I missed right under U5110. I removed U5110 and PIN 8 that goes to PP3V3_AVREF_SMC is gone. I'm guessing I'm going to have to run a wire since the pad is non existent.

Connector is clean, no corrosion is there.

I have two 820-3115 boards that have RAM slot issues. The bottom slots are bad so the MacBook works with one stick of RAM in the upper slot. When RAM is in the lower slot, it beeps and does not post. What are my options? I'm not sure if this is repairable or if it's just a waste of time...

Haha no worries Louis! I think this community is awesome. Everybody so far has been extremely helpful. Some questions definitely deserve trolling! I do not have a BGA rework machine. After seeing the the size of the U1800, I think this may be a project for another day once I get proper equipment.
