Found short on PPV5_USBC_T_PVVC.
Replaced UB700 and now have 5.12V on PP5V_S4
No more loop from charger.
Without battery stable 20V 0.09A
PP5V0 5.11V
PP3V_S0 3.35V
PP1V8_S0 1.78V
Wont go into DFU.
When battery connected it take around 2A from charger.
Any idea?
5V_S0 0.064 in diode mode
Injected voltage and Q8209 gets warm.
Replaced Q8209 one more time and now have 0.321 in diode mode on 5V_S0.
5V_S4 0.02 in diode mode
Injected voltage and U7800 gets warm
Replaced U7800 but still the same readings and it gets warm.
No liquid damaged.
Found fried U8209, U7650 (P5VS4_SW had short and pad was fried), U8400 and there was short to ground on F7000/2.
Then found U7600 was getting hot.
All of that has been replaced.
Short on PPBUS is gone and there was 5V from charger and then it switch 20V for split second...
"What happens with charger alone (without battery connected)?"
It works fine. Mosfet will heat up to around 60C-80C.
When batt and charger connected the it is around 195C.
"Run start diagnostic with charger and battery connected."
No issues found.
MacBook works fine when powered by battery.
When charger connected board get hot (battery is charging), fans on max and after minute or two it switch off.
When charger connected mosfet get very hot - used thermal camera.

Tried to revive via Apple Configurator but just freeze.
Tried via Finder and is stuck at "Waiting for Mac..." and then got error " Mac cant be updated, error 4042 which is Timeout Error.
Used correct CD3217 and the issue was the same.
Flashed UB090 and got 20V and 0.10V
L6961 was a little warm and there was 0.061 in diode mode.
Removed L6961 and had correct diode mode valus on both pads.
Soldered new L6961 and still have low diode mode, its not getting warm and have correct...
Small liquid damage on C9092, U8600, U9580.
Three USB C ports have 5V 0.28A
One have 5V 0.02A in cycles/loop.
Found faulty DB529 but still same issue.
Replaced CD3217 (UB300) and still the same issue.
Any idea?
When ccharger connected 'OK' ports only T2 get warm.
PP2V5_NAND_SSD0/1 not shorted.
No liquid damage.
Removed F7000/1 and when connected charger have 12.27V on pad 1 of F7000.
Pad 2 (PPBUS_G3H) is shorted to ground - 0.9 Ohm resistance to ground.

Cant find any corrosion.
There was 5V on both ports and both CD3217 chips was getting hot under thermal camera.
Both replaced and now got 20V and 0.05A-0.1A from charger.
Only T2 chip gets little worm.
PPBUS_G3H 12.28V
