Cant find any corrosion.

There was 5V on both ports and both CD3217 chips was getting hot under thermal camera.
Both replaced and now got 20V and 0.05A-0.1A from charger.
Only T2 chip gets little worm.

You should try to enter DFU using external switch method.

Audio flex was not connected and I used PMU_ONOFF_L as power button to make sure board is turned off.

Once you've forced the board off, try pressing both switches for 5-8s.
