MacBook works fine when powered by battery.
When charger connected board get hot (battery is charging), fans on max and after minute or two it switch off.
When charger connected mosfet get very hot - used thermal camera.
So depends what port is connected then QB400, QB300, Q3100 or Q3200 gets hot.

Diode mode values on every mosfet is correct.

Any idea?

What happens with charger alone (without battery connected)?

Run start diagnostic with charger and battery connected.

It works fine. Mosfet will heat up to around 60C-80C.
When batt and charger connected the it is around 195C.

"Run start diagnostic with charger and battery connected."
No issues found.
