was replaced U1950 but the same.. all around look good and no shorts..
also "shake" SMC but still the same.

I was take out the CMOS(battery) , connected the core, turn in on, but the same stuck at apple logo, I was also tried to do internal recovery but it was struck on 99% loading
TBA_GATE_Q4 didnt get 13v so i was replaced Q7040 now there is 13V on TBA_GATE_Q4 but still the same 20v 0.8a charger with battery(before its turn on) is its on is 5v 1.4a
replaced both still the same.. with battery data cable 5v 1.4a without 20v 1.2a and working..
the mac recognized the battery but it gave the cable sign instead the lightning sign.

The story is that the customer replaced by himself the battery and then it was not turn on..

UB300 and UB400 was burned out i was replaced them and then this is the situation..

the mac TURN ON just with charger and charger with battery "alone" (without the battery data cable).
but with the battery data cable is NOT turn on.
the battery is fine with 100% charge was checking with other board.

yes but still stuck on apple logo, its stuck when the loading bar should appear.. but you see just the apple logo.
but when i do restore with DFU there is the loading bar but after that its start over and stuck on the apple logo
