mac mini 2018 stuck on apple logo without loading bar. try DFU restore its pass ok but still stuck on the logo. try from external ssd os but the same. was try Diagnostic but no errors. recovery mode, download the recovery ok but also stuck on logo. board battery 2.8v what else can it be?

cc1 0v cc2 1.5v all diode mode 530-550

nothing black screen,. FF200/1 and R5200 0v - no short

the macbook work fine with battery, not charging, not voltage on charging port. when charger connection PPBUS is 1.5v no short of course. all the CHGR lines is 0v no short. changing ports don't do the work.

i was reball U8100 but the same...i don't have any 1v8 on board..

PP1V8 LDO is missing no short. the water damage was at area of: UD600 RD650 C8100-103-replaced U8440 UT000 i was reball and clean all. no short found

not enter to DFU: U7700: PP1V8_s2 - 0v PP1V2_s2 -0v PPVDD_DISP_AWAKESW short.. diode mode 0.005 good board show 0.0771 there after injection 1.5v there now its 0.0185

after cleaning: PPBUS-12.2v PPDCIN_AON_CHGR 12.2v CHGR_PHASE 1.3v P3V8AON - 3.8v ISL area look good and voltage around look o.k

o.k i was try that but still the same.. i was also do rechecking of SLPS2R/AWAKE and pp1v8_awake was full short, i was injunct 1v on him and the short gone but i didnt see from where, now i have 1.8v on PP1V8_AWAKE but still the same

LDO/RTC look fine.

and now the charger without battery give 5v 0.1a
