Compare their dioe mode readings with good board.

Did you use the correct dfu port?
Try another cable too.
96W original charger for sure?

You can try forcing SWK003.

i was also do rechecking of SLPS2R/AWAKE and pp1v8_awake was full short, i was injunct 1v on him and the short gone but i didnt see from where, now i have 1.8v on PP1V8_AWAKE but still the same

Possibly a filter cap with partial short.
But no DFU can be explained by T2 internal damage.

Just in case, reflash U4770 and try again DFU.

Always allow 10-15s after remove the power from the board, before checking in diode mode, or ohm scale.
