the macbook work fine with battery, not charging, not voltage on charging port.
when charger connection PPBUS is 1.5v no short of course.
all the CHGR lines is 0v no short.
changing ports don't do the work.

What shows USB-C meter?
Do you get any voltage at FF200/1 and R5220?

Check diode mode to ground at pins CC1/2 of UF400/500.
Also at FF200/1 and R5220.

How do you get 1.5V at PPBUS_G3H then?

What about PPVBUS_USBC0/1?
Check voltage and diode mode.
DF602/22 may be bad.

Can also be the CD3217 chips (UF400/500).

Tell the client to use ORIGINAL charger...
