T-CON should be good, if you already tested with known good LCD assembly and problem persists. As I said, check diode mode to ground on all EDP lines.

You should test with known good battery, even old one. "New" chinese batteries can cause weird issues.

Camera can't cause image artifacts. Check if 3V3_SW_LCD and LPDP_INT_HPD have stable voltage. Are you sure nobody connected an Intel based screen before (for testing purpose)?

First of all, welcome to the forum! What is exact PPBUS_G3H voltage? Be aware, this board doesn't start with 45/61W charger, if battery is empty. Use 87W charger, to avoid any surprise.
