    Still restarts if you turn it on pressing T key? Even no image, check if its SSD is detected in another MacBook. You may need to use thunderbolt capable cable. Tried DFU revive?

    Keep F7000 out until get correct C7050 voltage. Post U7000's basic voltages: P_IN, AUX_DET, SMC_RST_IN, VDDA/P, EN_VR1, SMC_RST*, AUX_OK, A/BMON. 3V3_G3H MUST appear before PPBUS_G3H!

    0.010 is almost short. Remove C9081 and U9080; test again diode mode readings on mentioned lines. I hope you've already removed the corrosion...

    "tried option with PMU_ONOFF_L" I don't know what this mean. You must use a switch over SV100/10 pads. Be sure RV120 is soldered! Another switch over SV101/11 can help, discarding an issue with power button.

    Did you test with charged battery? Post diode mode to ground at 3V3_G3H_RTC. Also check at all big coils; including SSD ones.
