    RAMCFG0-2 look good (in theory). RAMCFG3/4 should meet your chips specifications. "MLB_RAMCFG2 = High (Pull-up / No resistor to ground)" This looks strange, for original 8GB. So we can never trust Apple...

    Using a pendrive. You can first try a Live distribution, which usually comes with lot of system tools; including storage tests.

    NAND internal failure is known for sudden death symptom. However we can't rule out all power rails. Not exact documentation available about how to follow power on sequence. All related data comes from 3rd part tehnicians; based on their repair experience.

    If external monitor also gets black, there should be a problem with graphics part of CPU. You only get image until dedicated graphics driver is loaded. As you don't have data to save, check what happens with Linux, or Windows.

    What about external video? You may force it disconnecting internal LCD. If there is no data to save, you can try DFU restore.

    The audio jack has some contacts which decide to switch between speakers and headphones. Your problem may there.

    That is A1707 model. When board really boots, CPU core should drop to 0.65V aprox. Is in your case stuck at 1V even 10s later?

    Corresponding boosters of M/SPMU don't start for some reason. Not sure if these chips expect some commands from CPU, or should start by default.
