why there is no voltage in L220 and 7210?

make sense , even thou cpu dead why there is no volatge on L7210-7220 , i chaged the u7220

00840 board , i had water damage , U7220 was shot to ground, changed this , now all power line good, all coil have power , cpu getting little hot too, fan spint for 5 sec then off, all coil have power except L7210 and L7220 .... any idea why , is my cpu dead, or u7220 i chaged is no good, ...

got this macbook , light water damage, ppbus 0ohm to ground , then i insert 1v, 2 amp, and alcohol allover, i notice u7220 getting really hot, ( it use ppbus ) IS MY CPU DEAD already is u7220 shot to ground or some mosfate or caps?

finally fixed, feed back was bad , thanks for help SOLVED!!!

i have this 33437 board , had slight water damage , cleaned , there was some trace missing around smc i fixed those those ; now board working but no audio, i also tried known good i/o board and flex cable , any idea where what would be wrong, in osx it showing no audio device , j9500 looks...

I did that remove r7704 and and run wire from r7715 to caps still no back light third time i changed the drive now a5 feed back pin burn out

this board had slight water damage, board turns on no back light ( there is image , i changed the led driver, 2 times, feed back line is good (A5) , it have 8.59v on back line line, known good screen, i notice EDP_BKLT_PWM 0v R7731=2.8v any idea

also i notice if i turn on mac then disconnect power and run with batter ,,, then i press power button for .001 sec it shuts off , when it run battery it shuts off right way as soon as i press power button

battery only test result, using R5015/16 pad does NOT work , also PM_PWRBTN_L goes down when triggered SMC_ONOFF_L signal

yes battery recognised charge and everything i can see under osx, when macbook turns on i can remove charger it will work with battery, also i tried with known good battery same result.... both battery charge and work, i can see under osx .

both present, , when i connect or turn on board usb blink once , bios is u6100 right ? i tried with a 3437 board bios no luck, also i notice, Y1915 PCH_CLK24M_XTALIN, and CH_CLK24M_XTALOUT ohave .374v ... are those Volt correct?
